An operator’s view of talent, technology and work.
I co-founded HireVeda to make recruitment more accountable. The work is not about sending more profiles. It is about understanding a business, identifying the few signals that matter and building a repeatable path to a good hiring decision.
As CTO, I work across product, data, AI automation and operations. That gives me a complete view of what employers say they want, what they actually select and why capable professionals struggle to communicate their value.
I studied at SRCC and IIM Calcutta. Most of what I write comes from building, hiring, selling, failing and correcting in the real market.
